Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a document you have unlocked — the Assessment Report, the Specification of Works, the Tender Pack or the Construction Toolkit — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@kezariq.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the credit.

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded document is removed from your account. Any copies you have already downloaded remain yours to keep, but you should not rely on or reissue them.
